On-Site Corporate Headshots Pricing Includes:

-  Professional lighting & background setup
-  Posing and expression coaching
-  On-site assistant to guide real-time image selection
-  One final retouched image per person
-  Hi-res and web-ready digital delivery
-  Web-based scheduling app, if needed

5–10 People - $2,250 flat rate 

- $225 per person at 10 people 

- Approximately 10 minutes per person 

- Assistant manages selections on-site

11–20 People - $3,500 flat rate 

- $175–$318 per person, depending on group size 

- $75 per additional person beyond 20 

- On-site assistant included

Over 30 People $4,500 Full-Day Rate (1 Station) $2,500 per Additional Station 

- Ideal for large teams with scheduling constraints 

- Up to 80 people for one setup station 

- Multiple setups available (departments, group shots, etc.) 

- Additional assistant(s) included for flow management 

- Hair & Makeup available for $450 to $800 - depending on the length of time.
